Application
Scope of application: Plastic mold、forging mold、casting mold、electronic components、clock parts and other precision parts.
Applicable materials: Nickel based alloys、Stainless Steels、Titanium alloys、heat-treated steel and soldering steel.
Main features : The superfine particle tungsten carbide base metal can make high-speed cutting on the high-speed M/C, and can process parts with hardness less than HRC60. The cutting edge with corner radius is hard to crack and can make a little high-speed groove milling, and can clear corners or make high-speed milling on curved surfaces instead of the small diameter ball end mill so as to increase the processing efficiency of molds. The 4-flute design can reduce tool wear when a work piece needs to be cut for a long time so that the dimensional accuracy of the work piece can be increased.
